This completely wooded property has an excellent mix of hardwoods, pines and spruce creating fantastic habitat conditions for deer, turkey and grouse. Evident throughout the property is an over-abundance of buck rubs in every direction across the entire tract. Many intersecting trails with the excellent cover conditions provide ample opportunity to put stands in the best locations along intersecting trails.
There is a small stream that flows through the property as well which is providing an excellent source of water for wildlife and a great place for the family to play.
An existing internal trail system runs from the front to the back of the property providing excellent access for hiking, hunting and ATV’ing. There are many side trails that need some downed trees or limbs cleared to provide a great network throughout the tract.
A cleared area at the front of the property provides and excellent location for home, camp or just to park your camper or RV. There is a small shed here as well that needs a little TLC but is useable.
