The property is completely wooded with a mix of hardwoods and softwoods creating the perfect mix of mast production and cover for deer and turkey. There is an abundance of deer sign throughout the property and evidence of turkey scratching as well.
The driveway into the property is a heavily stoned road that has been used for trucking timber from the property in the past. Logging was completed within the past year and all primary internal trails have been bulldozed into shape and look great. The woods still looks reasonable too. The entire property is easily accessed via the internal trail system by ATV or on foot making hiking and hunting that much easier. The property is a short distance from Spartansburg and Titusville for all the amenities needed for home or camp and both Oil Creek and Pine Creek are nearby for excellent trout fishing.
